YPOD Drop In

Mondays 12-2pm and 4-9pm

Mondays between 12-2pm is YNot? A free drop in session for young people between 16-25 who may be experiencing barriers to learning and are not in education, employment or training. There will be free food and drink, internet access, pool and much more, along with individual advice, information and guidance.

In January we will be launching Monday Night is KARAOKE NIGHT!!!! Come down and strut your stuff to the latest tunes.

Monday is also MUSIC NIGHT! Pitch up with (or without!) your band and rehearse or come down and use our recording studio with our resident legendary digital music expert and producer John! Learn about sound engineering, creating beats or perfect you MC-ing skills. Or just come along and listen and enjoy the atmosphere!

Tuesdays 4-9pm

Tuesday night is FREE POOL NIGHT!!! Our pool table becomes free for one night only. Come early to register to play. Winner stays on.

Or try our new STREET DANCE Class taught by Hannah and Cheryl from 5-6pm - come down if you're 14-19 and learn some funky new moves to impress your mates!

Thursdays 12.30-2.30pm and 4-9pm

YPOD YOUNG PARENTS GROUP meet every Thursday between 12.30-2.30pm. It is a sociable group which always welcomes new people. Mums and dads, with or without their children up to the age of 26 are welcome. Visit the link on the left hand side of this page to find ot more.

Thursday nights are MOVIE NIGHT, a great night to kick back and relax with some popcorn if your feeling tired after a long week. A different movie every week is shown on our big flat screen TV, everyone welcome so come along, its FREE!!

Fridays 4-6pm (4-6pm and 7.30-10pm on gig nights)

Fridays are our second Music Night of the week. Every 3 Fridays we have a Gig Night (check out the Music link on the left for details of our upcoming schedule). The Fridays that aren’t gig nights are band practice nights for bands or solo artists, just rock up with your guitars and go for it!

Saturdays 1pm-3pm

We will be re-opening on Saturdays from January 2008 from 11am-1pm exclusively for The Noe!!! THE NOE is our youth clubn exclusively for 11-14 year olds. There will be a different activity every week and it will be run by Cheryl and the team! New members are always welcome.
