Contract and Performance Manager
Woking YMCA has been successful in securing contracts to manage the delivery of centre based youth work in 6 youth centres across North West Surrey as well as delivering some targeted work in Woking.
We are looking to recruit a Contract and Performance Manager to work alongside the Senior Contract and Performance Manager to develop high quality and exciting youth work targeting disadvantaged young people at risk of NEET or offending. This is an exciting new role and will involve creative thinking and making things happen.
The post will involve line management of a team of youth workers and detached youth workers.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience of working with young people at risk of NEET or offending and experience of line management within a youth work setting.
You will be committed to working within an equal opportunities setting and to helping young people develop to become all that they can be. You will be innovative and creative with good communication and networking skills.
