'Professional Footballer' taster course.
Woking YCMA, in association with Aimhigher Surrey, will be taking a small group of 10 to 15 young people from the Ypod centre on three activities intended to help young people who are interested in ANY kind of sports related career to understand more about the various career paths and courses available to them.Aimhigher is a national project which encourages young people with ability to think about higher education opportunities and shows them that, by completing a higher education course, their job prospects are considerably improved.
The first activity will be a day in Kingston University's fitness laboratories, testing their fitness, power and lung capacity.
For more information about this activity please contact Paul Langrtee on 01483 21 51 21 or email paul.langtree@wokingymca.org.uk.

Because lots of you wanted to stay later on Tuesday evenings we are now going to be open till 9pm every Tuesday!!! On Fridays when we don't have a gig on we will be shutting a little earlier (8pm). This is because lots of you go down to the Christchurch drop in on a Friday night.
