Office Opening Hours
We are available for advice and information on Mondays and Fridays 9.30am – 12.30pm. Please feel free to drop in.
Weekly Activities
Baby Café - Mondays 10am – 12pm
Expert breastfeeding advice and support in a relaxed and informal cafe environment.
Play & Learn - Fridays 10am – 11.30am
Come and join in our free Play & Learn sessions. For children 0 -5 years. No
need to book.
Health Visitor Drop-In - Fridays after 11.30am
After Play & Learn a Health Visitor will be available to answer your questions on feeding, weaning, sleep, development etc.
Young Parents Group - Fridays 12.00pm – 1.30pm
For parents up to 21 years. Free refreshments. No need to book.
Regular Activities
Parenting Puzzle - A 10 week course to encourage and support parents and carers to enjoy bringing up children of all ages and to get the most out of family life. The cost of the course is £20 or £2 per week. Held every term. Contact the office for details of when the next course is starting.
